Samantha Kira’s Easy-Peasy Journal

Last month while I had death and was kicked out of the office, I took on the task of making a journal. It was the first one I’ve ever made, and I totally love it. It’s perfect. I’m hoping to get Samantha Kira to make me one of her fancier-bound journals, but in the meantime, I love love love this journal. I made it following the instructions here. (Yes, I’m aware that I seem like a total Samantha Kira Harding fangirl, but her stuff is amazing. <3)

It cost me a lot more money and took a lot more time than her tutorial says, but I had to buy a lot of the tools and I bought some of the supplies in bulk. As for the extra time -- well, I was sick, and I'm really clumsy with sharp tools so I was being extra careful. Ha.

You did a great job! And yeah, I didn’t factor in having to buy the materials; I’ve had bookbinding stuff for YEARS.

and TOTAL *blush* a fangirl? you flatter me!!

(ps, sent you an email about making you a journal last night…)
